Ferona, a.s. has concluded a contract for combined fulfilment with the authorised packaging company EKO-KOM, thus ensuring the fulfilment of the obligations stipulated in Section 10 and Section 12 of Act No. 477/2001 Coll. concerning packaging as amended by later regulations – see certificate.

Pursuant to this, we assure you that all packaging which we supply to you is already pre-paid by you, i.e. it is charged by Ferona, a.s. or its supplier.

Ferona, a.s. also fulfils other obligations stipulated by Act No. 477/2001 Coll. concerning packaging as amended by later regulations.
