The Ferona - Dělící centrum (Ferona – Slitting Centre) stock company was established on 20 January 2000. The company manufactures metal sheets and bands on two slitting lines – longitudinal and transversal. The shareholders established the company to support other Ferona operations. While Ferona, a.s. operates on the Czech market, FB Trading s.r.o. focuses on international markets.
The service centre is situated in the business premises of the Ferona branch in Ostrava. The service centre serves for slitting hot-rolled sheets. It is equipped with a single transversal slitting line, WEAN DAMIRON and a longitudinal BKM slitting line.
