The operating speed of the line is up to 200 m/min. In the longitudinal slitting line we can process up to 4 orders concurrently. The orders are sorted on the subsequent packaging line, the rolls are bound with straps and placed into bundles on a pallet or frame. Roll bundles are subsequently bound with straps as a whole. A foil is used to protect the material against environmental damage. The edges are protected by plastic angles against strap damage.

Sheet packaging
The operating speed of the line is up to 90 m/min. The longitudinal slitting line produces sheet bundles with a maximum length of 4,000mm and maximum width of 1,600mm. Individual sheets not exceeding the maximum length of 14 m are also possible.
The metal sheet bundles are subsequently bound with straps in both the longitudinal and transversal directions, depending on the packaging type or direction. The edges are protected by plastic angles and the bundle is packed into impregnated packing paper for environmental protection.
