• Maximum flame cutting area: 2,000 x 6,000 mm.
• We perform flame cutting processing on a MESSER CORTINA 3100 machine with oxyacetylene equipment and a MERLIN 1000 plasma machine
• The oxyacetylene equipment consists of two independent torches, acetylene and natural gas used for flame cutting.
• The Merlin 1000 plasma machine contains one torch: air is used both as a plasma and protection gas.
• Torch electrodes are made of unalloyed class 11 structural steel. We can deliver electrodes from other steel classes as agreed
• Electrode attestation in accordance with ČSN EN 10 204
• Electrode precision and cut surface quality in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9013 Class A or DIN 2310
• The electrodes have a predominantly forged surface
• The standard delivery deadline is 5 business days after the order.
