Material Sandblasting

Stupně zarezavění a otryskáníMaterial sandblasting is a service provided by the Central Services Centre at the Olomouc branch, where the surface of metal materials is finished to remove rust and dross. This service is performed on a sandblasting machine from Kovo Staněk, which can finish shaped pieces, sheet metal, blanks, and carriers up to maximum dimensions of 2 000 mm wide, 600 mm high, and 16 000 mm long, either from Ferona's stock or the customer's own material.

If no blasting degree is specified, material is blasted to Sa 2 ½“. Materials made of aluminium, magnesium or their alloys cannot be sandblasted.
